Holder ultrasonic sensor HY-SRF05

3D-printed model of sensor holder for ultrasonic distance sensor HY-SRF05, see article in the magazine Allt om Hobby issue 5 2020. Model dimensions 44.7x9.9x30 mm. Sensor is fixed to holder with two screws M2x6 (not included), hodler is fixed to base with countersunk wood screws i.e. 3x40 (not included) 

Painting suggestion: Intended for hidden mounting and does not need painting, but in case you still want to paint we suggest black or gray. The fine detail of the model requires thin coats, we recommend airbrushing, but brush painting with thinned paint can be done. We recommend a primer before final painting, our favourite is Tamiya rattle can primer, but you might have your own favourite. Decreasing is recommended before paining, lukewarm water with a few drops of dishwasher liquid will do the job. Let the washed parts dry thoroughly before painting. Burr and flash from the production process may occur and can easily be removed with a scalpel or det sanding.
