Privy "Örsjö station"

3D printed FDM model of an on four seat privy. The prototype was found at Örsjö station in Småland, but is demolished since about 50 yeras. We found a draqwing in a book and recreated this very nice model, this small buildig is too cahrming te be forgotten. Prototype dimensions 4000x4600x4900 mm.  Kit in 37 pcs with CNC cut plastci window galss and printed signs Män/Kvinnor (men/woman)

Painting suggestion: The privy have had several paintings during the years, at the end of the 1960-ies the building was Falu red with white details, 1973 the buidling was lion yellow with brown details. The fine detail of the model requires thin coats, we recommend airbrushing, but brush painting with thinned paint can be done. We recommend a primer before final painting, our favourite is Tamiya rattle can primer, but you might have your own favourite. Decreasing is recommended before paining, lukewarm water with a few drops of dishwasher liquid will do the job. Let the washed parts dry thoroughly before painting. Burr and flash from the production process may occur and can easily be removed with a scalpel or det sanding.

Målningsförslag: Dasset har haft olika färgsättning genom åren, slutet av 1960-talet var hela byggnaden inklusive dörrar faluröd, zinkklädd skorstenstopp. 1973 skall byggnaden enligt uppgift varit lejongul med bruna dörrar. Modellens fina detaljer kräver tunna färgskikt, bäst är att airbrusha men penselmålning med förtunnad färg fungerar. Primer rekommenderas före slutmålning, vi rekommenderar Tamiya primer på sprayburk, men har du någon annan favorit så prova den. Modellen bör avfettas före målning, vatten och diskmedel med efterföljande lufttorkning rekommenderas. Det kan förekomma mindre grader/skägg från produktionen. Dessa avlägsnas enkelt med en skalpell.
