Tranformer tower "Malmö gård"

3D printed FDM model with resin parts of a tranformer tower. Prototype is found at former Malmö farm just outside the gates of Braviken paper mill in Norrköping. Prototype was build 1920 and has dimensions 2800x2800x8040 mm, prototype has a rised foundation at the front side as it is built on a slanting rock, the model has flat base. Kit in 17 pcs with CNC cut plastic window glass

Painting suggestion: White with dark grey roof, rusty vent and insulator stand, insulators gloss brown, door dark greyish brown. The fine detail of the model requires thin coats, we recommend airbrushing, but brush painting with thinned paint can be done. We recommend a primer before final painting, our favourite is Tamiya rattle can primer, but you might have your own favourite. Decreasing is recommended before paining, lukewarm water with a few drops of dishwasher liquid will do the job. Let the washed parts dry thoroughly before painting. Burr and flash from the production process may occur and can easily be removed with a scalpel or det sanding.
