Phone patch pole square

3D-printed resin model of the classical Swedish square phone patch pole in galvanized sheet metal. Prototype dimensions 200x200x900 mm. Please make sure to mount the pole correctly oriented, the rounded side of the ventilation gills shall face upwards.

In the full-scale world, we see those poles in large quantities everywhere in the villages, in my street I find one each 100 meters, but those are also visible in the terrain were they often are partly covered with vegetation.

Painting suggestion: Light grey or light gun metal. Eventually the lower part is painted lighter grey. The fine detail of the model requires thin coats, we recommend airbrushing, but brush painting with thinned paint can be done. We recommend a primer before final painting, our favourite is Tamiya rattle can primer, but you might have your own favourite. Decreasing is recommended before paining, lukewarm water with a few drops of dishwasher liquid will do the job. Let the washed parts dry thoroughly before painting. Burr and flash from the production process may occur and can easily be removed with a scalpel or det sanding.
