Platfor signal control

3D-printed resin model of a signal control that was mounted on the platform, nicknamed "Sausage stand". Prototype documented in Verkebäck, Prototype dimensions 1000x490x1895 mm. 

Painting suggestion:  Light grey , eventually the control has been darker earlier as indicated in the photo from Digitalt arkiv,Photo from 1982. The fine detail of the model requires thin coats, we recommend airbrushing, but brush painting with thinned paint can be done. We recommend a primer before final painting, our favourite is Tamiya rattle can primer, but you might have your own favourite. Decreasing is recommended before paining, lukewarm water with a few drops of dishwasher liquid will do the job. Let the washed parts dry thoroughly before painting. Burr and flash from the production process may occur and can easily be removed with a scalpel or det sanding.
