- Description: Put your Beeline Moto where it should be, together with the rest of the instruments, by utilizing the screws for the fly screen and this innovative, 3D printed holder made in High temperature carbon fibre reinforced polyamide. This is a very simple and fully reversable solution.
- Prerequisites:
- Triumph Speed Twin 1200
- Beeline Moto with Bar Clamp (Shop - Beeline Moto)
- Dart flyscreen (Triumph Speed Twin 1200 - Dart Series 3 Windshield – Dart Flyscreens). The Beeline Navigation System Holder has been made for the standard Dart flyscreen but would most likely fit also the Piranha and the Marlin.
- Parts needed:
- The Beeline Navigation System Holder including screw kit(sold here)
- Screw kit (inclueded) containing:
- 2x M6x20 (top screws for flyscreen, replacing the current ones)
- 2x M6x16 (bottom screws for flyscreen to get a consistent look)
- 2x M6 washer extra big outer diameter.
- 2x M6 lock nuts
- Instructions:
- Fit the Beeline Bar clamp to the navigation holder. Aim for it to lean slightly backwards. Tighten, but not too hard.
- Unscrew the top screws for the fly screen. Save them for being able to reverse the operation one day (maybe you get a new bike).
- Screw the new, longer ones in until you start seeing them penetrating on the back, but no more.
- One side at the time: Hold the Beeline Navigation System Holder, the washer and the lock nut on the back side and screw the flyscreen holding screw in until it bottoms out. Now, the flyscreen is fixed and the navigation holder is put in place but not tightened. Do the same on the other side.
- Use an open wrench to tighten the lock nuts on the back of the flyscreen. Now the navigation holder is fixed.
- Try out the position of the Beeline Moto. Adjust the Bar Clamp slightly if necessary. When good, tighten the Bar Clamp properly.
- Snap the Beeline Moto into place and enjoy!
